Refund Policy

Since Balance with Dr. Jody offers services of time, refunds are only provided on ongoing monthly programs as well as educational programs.  For individual consults, payment is to be provided at the end of the visit.  As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any services or programs.

  • For individual consults, payment is required upon the time of services rendered. No refunds will be provided on services rendered.
  • Upon enrolling for a monthly program, you will have 72 hours from signing on to cancel your order. A full refund will be returned at that time.  If the cancellation is made after the 72 hour period, you will be billed for the entire first month.  After the first month, your monthly program will then be canceled.  Cancellations must be submitted by email to drjody@balancewithdrjody.com.
  • Upon enrolling for an educational program, you will have 72 hours from enrollment to cancel your order less a 15% administrative fee. If the cancellation is made after the 72 hour period, no further refunds will be provided.  You will, however, be able to move your payment to the next time the course is enrolled.  Cancellations must be submitted by email to drjody@balancewithdrjody.com.
  • No refunds will be provided for test kits/testing materials, lab work or supplements.
  • A superbill will be provided for patients who are interested in receiving this and may be submitted to insurance. It is the individual patient’s responsibility to submit anything to insurance for reimbursement.
